Multiple users can review thesis report published in web database at the same time. Such reports can be easily accessible to anyone, from anywhere, at anytime via Internet. Therefore, it will be a major breakthrough in the worldwide circulation of Nepalese literature. Such a project will pave the way for new research venture, develop the career of genuine researchers, and support to supervisors and research institutions.

It makes easier to search the title and author in the Internet based database. This will increase the scientific literature review in the related topics. Similarly, such resources can be very important to find researchable research topic encouraging research in more useful areas and preventing duplication of the research works. Such resources will be equally useful to the thesis guide to verify what is researchable and original piece of research work to recommend the thesis report for final approval. The same resource can be very much useful for external evaluator and viva-voce committee in thesis evaluation process.

There are many difficulties experienced by Nepalese researchers to access the latest thesis works in past. One hard copy kept in library is not accessible to two or more researchers at one time. Such thesis reports cannot be generally issued from the library. Only one reader can have the access on such hard copy and he or she has to personally visit the central library or related campuses that is very costly.

Now, the online thesis is a rich literature resource for students who are still not able to review the latest thesis due to many administrative difficulties. It is experienced that thesis reports couldn't reach to central library in time due to a long and cumbersome procedure of evaluation and administrative process. In this context, thesis report that will be published next day of viva-voce in online thesis will be very useful and important to the researchers.
